short note about abbreviations, calendars and acronyms polish blog in english
The olders abbreviation comes from Latin AC - “ante Christum” what mean exactly “before Christ” and we used analogical abbreviation B.C meaning everything what happen before Christ. It we have before we need after as well - Latin AD - anno domini and english C.E - Common Era. This tags are used in Gregorian calendar.
